Molly brings more than 25 years’ experience in all aspects of marketing and experience to her role as SVP, Experience. As an Accredited Customer Experience Mentor ( ACX-Mentor®) and Certified Process Professional Coach (CPP Coach®), she is an outstanding leader and client advocate with a proven record of improving user and customer experiences, reducing complexity and driving revenue growth through experience initiatives and process improvements.
Prior to joining Wave6, Molly worked in the manufacturing vertical for over 20 years. In her most recent position, she led the global customer experience team for the Power Solutions segment of Danfoss. Molly led digital initiatives across the Salesforce platform for 10-years and she is a past speaker at several Dreamforce user conferences.
Molly holds a B.A. in Marketing from Buena Vista University and M.B.A from the University of Iowa, Tippie School of Business. In her free time, Molly spends her time traveling, attending concerts and enjoying the outdoors.

Mike Parker serves as SVP, Industry – Transportation & Logistics. Mike brings a wealth of knowledge and experience empowering customers in transportation and logistics.
Prior to joining Wave6, Mike spent 18-years with Union Pacific where he most recently served as Assistant Vice President – Loup. In this role, he was responsible for Loup’s intermodal business, including both the auto parts and wholesale divisions. As the former president of UPDS, one of the subsidiaries merged to form Loup, Mike oversaw door-to-door transportation solutions that combined the economics of long-haul rail service with the flexibility of over-the-road movements.
Mike also served as Assistant Vice President – Marketing & Sales Operations where he managed the Shipment Quality, Network Economic & Industrial Development, Short Line/Interline and Application & Information Management teams. Additionally, Mike served as Assistant Vice President – Food & Refrigerated Products for Union Pacific’s Agricultural Products team. In this role he was responsible for managing Union Pacific’s Food Network, a portfolio of transportation solutions dedicated to serving the food and beverage industry. With 18 years experience at Union Pacific, Mike held a variety of Marketing & Sales roles, including key assignments on the Agricultural Products, Industrial Products, Intermodal, UPDS, and Customer Communications & Resource Planning teams.
Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Colorado and an MBA from the University of Michigan. Mike and his wife, Jen, have three children.
