Neale has over 20 years of technology expertise as a consultant as well as in the corporate sector. He brings 12+ years of high-value Salesforce.com project experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Custom Development, Data Migration and Integration engagements. Over the past 15+ years Neale has built highly-tuned practices with a focus on repeatable process, as well as developed and assisted with core delivery teams as a resource.
Prior to joining Wave6, Neale held strategic sales roles at both Appirio and Perceptive Software. Neale holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Arkansas Tech University and resides in the Kansas City area with his wife and 3 children.

Eric brings over 20 years of experience in enterprise computing, integration, and consulting.
Eric is a recognized leader in both enterprise technical strategy and implementation – having led enterprise-wide programs at places like Google and Appirio where he spearheaded the adoption of team collaboration and the bringing together of DevOps and CRM.
His deep grasp of enterprise solutions, coupled with his focus on user experience and customer success, sets his vision and approach apart from other technical leaders.

Molly brings more than 25 years’ experience in all aspects of marketing to her role as Director, Customer Experience and our Experience Practice Lead. As an Accredited Customer Experience Mentor and Certified Process Professional Coach, she is a proven leader and client advocate with a proven record of improving customer satisfaction, reducing complexity and driving revenue growth through experience initiatives and process improvements.
Prior to joining Wave6, Molly worked in the manufacturing vertical for over 20 years. In her most recent position, she led the global customer experience team for the Power Solutions segment of Danfoss. Molly led digital initiatives across the Salesforce platform for 10-years and she is a past speaker at several Dreamforce user conferences.
Molly holds a B.A. in Marketing from Buena Vista University and M.B.A from the University of Iowa, Tippie School of Business. In her free time, Molly spends her time traveling, attending concerts and enjoying the outdoors.
