Kelly Services Engages a New Generation of Job Seekers with Mobile

Kelly Services, a leading provider of workforce solutions and long-time Salesforce customer, was in need of a new mobile application to compete in a rapidly transforming job search industry.
The company sought a cutting-edge solution that could integrate candidate and job posting data from disparate sources, be available on all mobile platforms and devices, and provide an outstanding user interface and user experience (UI/UX).

Wave6 and parent company Emtec partnered together to design and build a powerful iOS and Android mobile application on the Salesforce App Cloud™ platform:

• A sleek, easy-to-use interface connects job seekers with a new Kelly Services web portal


• Users can build a profile, search for jobs, and manage the search process on the go


• Automated text notifications keep Kelly customers informed and engaged with new applicants

The application fully integrates with Kelly’s existing data infrastructure, ensuring consistent and streamlined internal business processes.

The application was a huge success, with 5,000+ downloads and 1,400+ job applicant profiles established within just the first week of launch on the Android and Apple app stores.
