We are currently looking for Sr. Sales Executives in the Midwest to join our team who will sell solutions and consulting services related to Salesforce.com to prospective and existing customers. The right candidates will have experience managing complex and large-scale sales cycles at enterprise customers and will be responsible for account creation, growth and oversight in territories consisting of named and geo-based accounts. This role is focused on solution selling in the Salesforce ecosystem and successful candidates will have a proven track record of successfully selling to enterprise customers. The role provides an excellent compensation package and the ability to grow within an expanding company. Key Responsibilities: Channel management: Build and maintain relationships with Salesforce sales reps and key influencers in the channel to help secure new business at key accounts. Prospect qualification and development and execution of new sales opportunities Pipeline management and sales process management including effective forecasting and opportunity management and closing Solution selling: Identify and understand the needs of our current and prospective clients and shape solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet those needs Provide ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and to drive additional revenue streams Build and maintain relationships with key executives and decision makers Develop marketing plans with the marketing team to drive additional revenue growth Preferred Locations: Chicago or Midwest Must Have Skills: 5+ years of experience in sales and/or account management in the software consulting arena that includes: Previous experience selling Salesforce.com consulting and integration services and/or consulting and integration services on equivalent CRM platforms (e.g. Siebel) Proven and consistent track record exceeding quota consisting of annual sales and revenue objectives Deep knowledge of CRM (preferably Salesforce.com) implementation services/solutions Established relationships with the C-Suite Candidate should be willing to travel up to 50% of the time Preferred Skills: A combination of 10+ years of consulting, sales, marketing and business development experience preferred A proven and consistent track record selling to Fortune 500 companies or larger Experience selling Salesforce.com services or other SaaS-based platform services a plus Knowledge/understanding of Business Process and/or enterprise technologies Bachelor’s Degree Professional Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and presentation skills Ability to navigate and collaborate through complex opportunities Research and prospecting skills Ability to work with all levels of professionals, build relationships High-quality customer service skills Possess solid time management and organizational skills Wave6, an Emtec Company, is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
