Wave6 is growing and building a world-class sales team to continue to expand our client base and Salesforce footprint. We are currently looking for Sales Executives to join our team who will sell consulting services and solutions related to to new and existing customers. The right candidates will have experience managing large-scale and complex sales cycles at enterprise-level customers and will be responsible for account, opportunity and channel nurturing, growth and oversight in territories consisting of named and geo-based vertical accounts. 

This role is focused on solution selling in the Salesforce ecosystem and successful candidates will have a proven track record of successfully selling to enterprise customers. The role provides an excellent compensation package, unlimited earnings potential and the ability to grow within an expanding company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel management: Build and maintain relationships with Salesforce sales reps and key influencers in the channel to help secure new business in key accounts in specific verticals. 

  • Pipeline management and sales process management including effective forecasting and opportunity management. 

  • Solution selling: Identify and understand the needs of our current and prospective clients and shape solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet those needs. 

  • For named accounts, provide ongoing account support to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional sales opportunities while building and maintaining relationships with key executives and decision makers.

Must Have Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and/or account management in the software services consulting arena that include: 

    • Experience selling consulting and integration services.

    • Proven and consistent track record of exceeding quotas consisting of annual sales and revenue objectives. 

    • Deep knowledge of CRM (preferably implementation services/solutions. 

    • Established relationships with C-level clients. 

  • Candidate should be willing to travel up to 25% of the time.

Preferred Skills:

  • A combination of 10+ years of consulting, sales, marketing and business development experience 

  • A proven and consistent track record selling to Fortune 500 companies 

  • Experience selling services or other SaaS-based platform services 

  • Knowledge/understanding of software development lifecycles, CRM business processes and enterprise technologies

  • Ability to navigate through complex opportunities that include channel and clients
